Each property at our Bassingham development benefits from the following:

• Rainwater Harvesting. These homes recycle rainwater for use in wc's, laundry, gardens and for car washing – why flush pure drinking water down the loo?
• Solar Power. Your hot water heated by the sun for free.
• Super insulation. We have insulated these homes to a higher level ensuring less heat loss.
• Timber frame construction. Our timber is effectively carbon neutral (even allowing for transportation). It comes from sustainable European forests that have been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Timber grown in this way is the most environmentally friendly building material available. • Water saving wc's.
• High efficiency condensing boilers.
• Thermostats on each radiator. Each room can be set to its own independent temperature.
• "A" rated energy saving appliances.
• Timber window frames with Pilkington K, gas filled double glazing (recognised by The Energy Saving Trust).
• Energy saving light bulbs.
• Individual, creative design.
