Since 1998 our business has earned an enviable reputation for building high quality, well designed homes. This was confirmed when we won the 2004 Award for the Best Conversion in the East Midlands. This was followed in 2005 by a Highly Commended Award from the Federation of Master Builders.

We recognise the need for more sustainable development and where possible incorporate a number of environmentally friendly benefits to our developments. These include rainwater harvesting, solar powered water heating, high levels of insulation, the use of timber from sustainable, well managed forests etc. We are members of the Association for Environment Conscious Building (AECB).

As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors we are also very experienced in the Town & Country Planning process and work with farmers and other land owners to maximise the value of their property ownership.

We are also proud members of the Federation of Master Builders and a Zurich registered building company.
